The Yamaha Pacifica
guitar has long held its own amongst other brands as a
range of great starter and intermediate electric guitars. The Yamaha Pacifica 311H
is no different.
With the 311H, Yamaha have bought a touch more originality
to the Pacifica range by combining the straight-edged Pacifica body
shape with a more vintage look which in the case of this natural satin
model consists of a tortoiseshell pickguard, cream-covered P-90 pickup
and chrome humbucker, and discreet chrome volume and tone knobs.
Functionally, the Pacifica 311H does not disappoint with
the Humbucker / P90 combo offering a great range of vintage and modern
pop and rock sounds with the help of a coil split, and high quality
hardware including Tusq nut, Grover locking tuners, rosewood fretboard
and maple neck completing this workhorse guitar.
